Ada Cougars Coast Past Western Heights

The Cougars registered their second shutout of the season.

OKLAHOMA CITY – The Ada Cougars dominated on both sides of the ball Friday on the way to a 49-0 blowout of the Western Heights Jets.

The Cougars (3-3, 2-1) moved back to .500 and have been dominant in all three of their wins. They won those three games by a combined score of 153-6.

Meanwhile, Western Heights (1-5, 1-2) has suffered the opposite fate. The Jets have surrendered 40 or more points four different times, with their only victory coming against winless Noble.

The Jets will try to get on the right track next week against Deer Creek (4-2, 2-1), while Ada will play El Reno (2-4, 1-2).
