Bishop Kelley Opens District with Shutout of Will Rogers

TULSA, Oklahoma -- The Bishop Kelley Comets opened district play with a dominate 62-0 win over the Will Rogers Ropers Friday.
The Comets’ quarterback Micah Larsen connected with Hunter Martin in the first quarter for the game’s first score. Larsen followed it up a few plays later with a hand-off to Cory Bright for a Bishop Kelley first down.
Austin Morris ran in the game’s second touchdown to bring the score to 14-0. The Ropers couldn’t answer back or hold off the Comets’ offense.
Rogers fell to 0-4 on the season, as Bishop Kelley earned its first win of the season.
