YUKON, Oklahoma -- The Yukon Millers opened their season on the right foot, taking down a difficult rival in Mustang, 43-28.

Yukon (1-0) grabbed a lot of yardage early and never let Mustang (0-1) back into the game. The Millers led 27-14 at the half before walking away with the win.

The Millers will travel to Edmond Santa Fe next week as Mustang tries its hand against Putnam City North in week two.
