OKLAHOMA CITY -- With Class A and B girls and boys teams filling up The Big House on the State Fairgrounds for semifinal action, Oklahoma Sports’s Toby Rowland takes you through each of Friday’s games.
In Class A, for the ladies, No. 2 Chattanooga tips-off with No. 5 Okarche after both teams defeated higher ranked opponents Friday. The Warriors-Warriors match-up begins at 7 p.m. Saturday.
In the boys action, it will be a one-two final, as No. 1 Garber handled Fort Towson and No. 2 Okarche beat No. 5 Caddo. Garber and Okarche will meet at 3 p.m. Saturday.
In Class B, the ladies final appears to be a lopsided affair with No. 10 Boynton taking on No.1 Cyril. The Cardinals and Pirates open up Saturday’s action, beginning at 1:30 p.m.
The boys state championship consists of a one versus three match-up. No. 1 Roff will take on No. 3 Red Oak in the night cap Saturday. Tip off is set for 8:30 p.m.
