NORMAN, Oklahoma -- The Norman girls raced out to an early lead against Moore and never looked back. The Lady Tigers captured a 67-26 victory in Thursday’s regional game at Norman High School.
Moore had no answer for Norman’s full court pressure defense in the first half. Norman led 22-6 after one quarter of play and took a 31-point lead going into the locker room at halftime.
Kamra King paced Norman with 17 points.
The Lady Tigers improved to 19-4 this season and will play Putnam City on Saturday. This will be the first meeting between the two schools this season.
