Douglass Wins Again, Advances to 4A Championship

YUKON, Oklahoma -- The next time Douglass takes the field, it will be for the Class 4A championship.

The Trojans earned that right Saturday night with a speedy 22-6 win over Weatherford. They’ll move on to play Star Spencer in the championship game.

The win over the Eagles avenged a week eight loss in which Weatherford was victorious 14-7. The loss was also the Eagles’ first and only blemish in 2009.

Earlier this season, Douglass handed Star Spencer one of its only two losses, a week three 34-26 win.
