Lexington Bulldogs Shut Out Purcell

The Lexington Bulldogs recorded their second shutout of the season Friday and finished with a 20-0 win over Purcell.

LEXINGTON, Oklahoma – The Lexington Bulldogs stayed undefeated Friday with a 20-0 victory over previously unbeaten Purcell.

This is the second time Lexington (3-0) has shut out an opponent. In their two previous games, the Purcell Dragons (2-1) had combined for 71 points.

The Bulldogs will look to continue their winning streak Sept. 25 when they take on Seeworth Academy (1-2), which has lost its last two games by a combined score of 78-6.
