Guthrie Will Rely on Youngsters in '09

The Bluejays graduated a plethora of talent last year, which will mean larger roles this season for the team's underclassmen.

GUTHRIE, Oklahoma -- With few seniors to speak of, the Guthrie Bluejays will rely on youth in a way it never has before. A traditionally strong program, Guthrie graduated a number of seniors from last year’s team and will likely start at least eight sophomores and a couple freshmen this season.

Oklahoma Sports’s Steve McGehee stopped by Guthrie to check in on the team’s preseason progress.
