TULSA, Oklahoma -- Many folks just squish bugs when they see them, but some area high school students are putting them under the microscope to see if bugs are the same, all around the world.
Teens from Union, Dewey, Memorial - and even one from Greece - are partnering with biotechnology professors at Tulsa Community College for the study.
They'll use a technique called 'barcoding' to compare DNA from bugs here and abroad.
The three-day workshop is designed to expose high school students to a variety of science careers.
