CHOUTEAU, Oklahoma -- A thunderstorm moved through Chouteau Sunday knocking over a horse and buggy and injuring an Amish woman.
Mayes County emergency manager Johnny Janzen says downbursts destroyed one barn and damaged several others near Chouteau.
Several viewers submitted photos to NewsOn6.com showing damage near their homes.
Six homes sustained roof damage near Pryor and four barns were destroyed. Janzen says he didn't know the extent of the injuries to the woman hurt in the overturned buggy.
One family northwest of Pryor says wind gusts of 60 miles per hour blew a neighbor's trampoline into some trees.
A neighbor says a Kiefer family lost their trampoline, pool and some trees when wind gusts blew through their Creek County community on Sunday.
Most of the damage is near state Highway 20 and North 427 County Road, which is 4 miles west of Pryor.
