The district water plant's output has been taken down to less than 50 percent as crews make repairs at the plant. The water restrictions are expected to last through Sunday as the utilities department is waiting on repair parts, Elam said.
It's the second time in a week that the city has had issues with its water supply. A water line break in downtown Wagoner shut off the city's water supply Tuesday afternoon and evening.
City crews worked late into the night to repair an old, leaky line when a valve gave way.
