Claremore Teen Charged In June Crash That Killed Two

CLAREMORE, Oklahoma -- Prosecutors charged a Claremore teenager with two counts of first degree manslaughter and one count of leaving the scene of an accident in connection with a car crash in Verdigris in June.

Keaton Hannah, 18, is scheduled to appear in a Rogers County District courtroom Wednesday morning.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Eric Watkins and his 7-month-old son Bryor died on Friday, June 17, 2011, when their SUV was hit head on by a vehicle driven by Hannah on state Highway 66 in Verdigris.

The DA's office declined to file a DUI charge.

Hannah remains in the Rogers County jail.
