TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa Police are looking for five men who attempted to rob a Best Buy Monday morning just as employees were arriving for work.
It happened at the Best Buy store off I-44 and Skelly Drive just after 7:00 a.m.
Police say four of the suspects approached the store and entered through an unlocked exterior door, but had to shatter a locked interior door to gain access.
Once inside, the four masked men rounded up the employees using hand guns and tasers and demanded the manager open the safe.
Police say the manager, who was watching the incident on security camera from a back office ran out a back door and called 911.
Police say the suspects then ran out a fire exit and into a minivan where the fifth suspect was waiting. Police say nothing was taken from the attempted heist.
The Minivan was found just blocks away from the Best Buy at an apartment complex. Police say the minivan was reported stolen a week ago.
Police say the suspects are described as black males wearing masks. Police say they are reviewing surveillance video to get a better description of the suspects.
If you have any on the whereabouts of the suspects you are encouraged to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.
