TULSA, Oklahoma -- Three local golfers took part in this week's U.S. Women's Open in Colorado Springs, Co.

Former University of Tulsa standout Stacy Prammanasudh shot 11-over in the first two rounds to miss the cut.

Current University of Oklahoma golfer Emily Collins carded a pair of 78s to miss the weekend rounds as well.

Jenks native Anya Alvarez barely made the cut with a two day total of 7-over. She shot 76 on Saturday and will tee off from The Broadmoor East Course at 8:02 Sunday morning.

Alvarez was up and down in her second round. Her trio of birdies and eagle on No. 2 helped offset six bogeys and two double bogies.

Mika Miyazato shot a 67 on Saturday to get to 5-under this week. She leads the tournament after 36 holes by one shot over Ai Miyazato.
