Tulsa Toddler Transported With Critical Injuries After Near Drowning

TULSA, Oklahoma -- A 2-year-old girl was transported to a local hospital in critical condition after a near drowning Sunday, according to EMSA.

EMSA Says the girl was showing improvements when she arrived at the Emergency room.

It happened in an above-ground pool in the back yard of a residence located in the 3000 block of South 132nd East Avenue.

Police say the child fell into the pool, but aren't sure what the circumstances are at this time.
