15 Child Sexual Abuse Charges Filed Against Tulsa Man

TULSA, Oklahoma – A Tulsa man accused of sexually assaulting two teenage girls was charged with more than a dozen counts of child sexual abuse Monday.

Richard Clough, 37, is charged with 15 counts of child sexual abuse, according to papers filed in Tulsa County court Monday.

Court records show 14 of the 15 alleged incidents happened in a home in the 200 block of South 164th East Place between January 1, 2007 and June 24, 2011.

The other incident happened between January 1, 2011 and June 24, 2011 at a home in the 100 block of South 166th East Avenue, according to court records.

Clough is being held in the Tulsa County jail.
