Tulsa Woman Charged In Husband's High-Rise Death

TULSA, Oklahoma -- A Tulsa woman arrested after her husband plunged to his death from a Tulsa high-rise apartment building earlier this month was charged with his murder Monday.

Police said Amber Hilberling, 19, pushed her husband Joshua, 23, inside their 25th floor apartment at University Club Tower, causing him to fall 17 stories to his death.

The incident happened on June 7, 2011.

According to court records filed in Tulsa County Monday, Amber Hilberling is charged with second degree murder.

She is out on $250,000 bond.
