Neighbor Dispute Turns Deadly In North Tulsa Shooting

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Police say a dispute between two neighbors may have sparked a shoot out that left one man dead and a woman injured.

It happened in the 1500 block of North Frankfort around 7 p.m. Saturday.

Police say the male victim, 72-year-old Herman Barnes, was found dead in a front yard of a home, the female victim was found on the side of the house with non-life threatening injuries.

Police say all suspects involved in the shooting are in custody. The unidentified female shooting victim has not yet been booked.

Police say it's still unclear what actually happened, but say the two parties have a history of disputes.
