The coaching carousel is spinning.  OU offensive coordinator Kevin Wilson is rumored to be a candidate for East Carolina’s head coaching job.  Makes sense.  It’s a good job.  Skip Holtz left it for a BCS conference job at South Florida.  Wilson is from North Carolina and played at UNC.

Sooner QB’s Coach Josh Heupel will interview for a coordinator’s job at Minnesota according to sources.  But would Heupel take the a job at Minnesota if the OU coordinator job comes open and he’s a candidate for it?

The Sooners already have an assistant’s job open with Chris Wilson leaving for Mississippi State.  If both Wilson and Heupel leave, the total goes to three.  Misters Mangino, Leach and Leavitt are you listening?  Can the Sooners afford to hire any of the three considering the allegations surrounding each man’s departure from his former head coaching job?

Better buy some more tickets, the carousel is just getting cranked up.
