Bedlam Little Big Men

Some may not be looking forward to Bedlam on Monday night, but I can’t wait.  The best matchup on the floor will be at point guard where OU McDonald’s All American freshman Tommy Mason-Griffin duals with OSU fabulous freshman Ray Penn.  The two once played AAU ball together and were high school rivals playing on opposite teams growing up in Houston.

Mason-Griffin is averaging 10 points per game, but scored only 6 in just 18 minutes in OU’s loss at Baylor Saturday.  Penn is coming off one of his best performances to date.  He scored 12 points and held Texas Tech All-Conference guard John Roberson scoreless for the first time in his Red Raider career. 

James Anderson and Willie Warren may see the spotlight shine on them, but keep an eye on the little guys Monday night.
