To Play Or Not To Play. Is That The Question?

Will Zac Robinson play Thursday?  Or, perhaps the question is, should Zac Robinson play Thursday?  Does he need to in order for the Cowboys to buffalo Colorado?

Most fans believe that Colorado is a gimme.  Colorado Coach Dan “Go play intramurals brotha” Hawkins is expected to get his walking papers.  The Buffs have won only three games and rank last in the Big 12 in total offense.  Can OSU win without Zac? Absolutely.   

What’s a bigger risk:  Losing to Colorado without Zac or losing Zac for the Bedlam game if he takes another brain-rattling hit?  I’m glad I’m not making the decision.

Perhaps this says the most about the progress OSU has made this season:  At the beginning of the season, the Cowboys had four big-time known commodities on offense.  It’s possible they could get none or limited contribution from all of them on Thursday.  Dez Bryant (out), Zac Robinson (possibly out), Kendal Hunter (limited), Russell Okung (nursing sprained knee).  And still people think it’s a gimme.  That’s progress.
