Tulsa’s Justin Hurtt to Compete in Dunk Contest

TULSA, Oklahoma -- The University of Tulsa’s Justin Hurtt will participate in the NCAA slam dunk contest Thursday night.

The Golden Hurricane’s guard averaged 20 points this season. The senior’s taking recommendations and suggestions via twitter.

He tweeted the following about being nervous and excited about the contest:

“I'm a lil bit of both, just tryin to think of some stuff right now”

Hurtt’s air time will be broadcast on ESPN2, Thursday at 8 p.m.
