Kendrick Perkins to Start against Wizards

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The moment that Thunder fans have been anticipating for nearly a month has finally arrived.

Oklahoma City center Kendrick Perkins will not only make his debut but also start tonight against the Washington Wizards, Oklahoma Sports learned Monday afternoon.

Perkins sat out all nine games since being traded to the Thunder with a right knee sprain.

Perkins will start at center along with Russell Westbrook, Thabo Sefolosha, Kevin Durant and Serge Ibaka.

The Thunder and Wizards tip off at 6 p.m.
