OSU's Ray Penn Plans to Transfer

The Cowboy guard will likely be playing somewhere else after this season.

STILLWATER, Okla. -- OSU point guard Ray Penn won't be returning to the team and will likely transfer out after this season, a source close to the program told Oklahoma Sports

Oklahoma State coach Travis Ford suspended Penn indefinitely at the end of February for failure to follow team policy.

Penn started 10 games for OSU this season and averaged 5.9 points and 2.1 assists per game.

Penn is expected to stay in school and finish his classes before transferring.
