Jean-Paul Olukemi Named Conference Rookie of the Week

STILLWATER, Oklahoma -- It was announced Monday Oklahoma State’s Jean-Paul Olukemi was named the Big 12’s Rookie of the Week.

Coming off of the bench in two games, the sophomore averaged 19 points and 7.5 rebounds per contest, including a career-high 22 points and 11 boards in OSU’s conference opener against No. 17 Kansas State.

Olukemi averaged 10.9 points per game, which ranks third on the team, and has scored n double-digits in six-consecutive contests.

OSU will travel to College Station, Texas to take on the Texas A&M Aggies at 7 p.m. Wednesday night.
