Nine In-State Players Named to All-Time All-Big 12 Team
The Associated Press released its All-Time All-Big 12 team and there were many familar names.

NEW YORK -- The Associated Press released their All-Time All-Big 12 team Wednesday and 10 spots were taken by in-state schools.
Oklahoma Sooners’ head coach Bob Stoops was named the All-Time All-Big 12 coach after receiving 18 of the 20 votes.
On the offensive line, OU’s Jamaal Brown and OSU’s Russell Okung were named two of the four interior linemen to the squad, along with Texas’ Justin Blalock and Nebraska’s Aaron Taylor.
Rashaun Woods was one of two receivers named to the list along with Texas Tech’s Michael Crabtree, while Adrian Peterson shared running back honors with Heisman Trophy winner Ricky Williams.
Defensively it was all Oklahoma, grabbing five of the 12 spots on the defensive side of the ball.
Tommie Harris was one of four defensive linemen, while Rocky Calmus and Tedy Lehman grabbed two of the four linebacker positions. Roy Williams and Derrick Strait also grabbed two of the four spots for defensive backs.
