Tulsa Oilers Set for Season Opener
The Oilers finalized their roster for the opening game of the season Friday against Wichita.

TULSA, Oklahoma—The Tulsa Oilers and head coach Bruce Ramsay announced Friday the team will begin the 2010 Central Hockey League season with a 19 player roster.
The first game of the season is set for 7:35 p.m. against the Wichita Thunder at the BOK Center.
Coach Ramsay begins his second year with the Oilers and is looking forward to getting started.
"We had a very competitive training camp and now are guys are ready to get going. We know Wichita is going to be a much improved team and a good test out of the gate," Ramsay said.
During preseason play, the two teams split a pair of games and the Oilers look to start off the season with a win after having the second highest point total increase in the CHL last season.
The 19 player roster includes:
Goal-Trevor Cann, Tyler Sims
Defense-Sean Erickson, Stacey Baumann, R.J. Linder, Derek Eastman, Brennan Barker, Tyler Fleck
Forwards-Dan Riedel, Chad Costello, Matt Robertson, Gary Steffes, Jack Combs, Chris Cloud, Jason Weeks, Marty Standish, Gord Bell, Harrison Reed, Mike Beausoleil
The Oilers will have 33 home games at the BOK Center in the 2010-11 season and tickets are still available by calling the Oilers office at 918-632-PUCK (7825).
