NORMAN, Oklahoma -- University of Oklahoma kicker Patrick O’Hara will not play in Saturday’s game against the Air Force after suffering a muscle strain.
The sophomore emerged last year as a walk-on, making six of his nine field goal attempts. O’Hara did not play football in high school, participating in his first ever football game against Texas A&M last season.
O'Hara was named as the starting kicker for the Sooners in late August. Junior Jimmy Stevens started in place of O'Hara.
Oklahoma Sports will have updates to this story as they become available.
