Tulsa Names Blair Philbrick Director of Football Operations

TULSA, Oklahoma -- University of Tulsa head football coach Todd Graham announced in a press release Thursday Blair Philbrick accepted a position as the school’s Director of Football Operations.

The 49-year-old spent 20 years coaching Oklahoma high school programs, including spending time at Edmond Santa Fe (1995-97), Tulsa Memorial (2000-05) and Edmond North (2005-07).

A graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State, Philbrick spent the last three years at a variety of positions at Heritage Hall.
