Oklahoma City's rally fell short in the ninth inning against the Express.

ROUND ROCK, Texas -- The Round Rock Express snapped Oklahoma City’s four-game winning streak with a 3-2 victory over the RedHawks Saturday.

Mitch Moreland led off the top of the ninth with a solo home run for Oklahoma City. However, the RedHawks rally fell short as the next three batters went down in order.

Wladmir Sutil scored two runs for the second straight game for the Express. Sutil scored the first run of the contest in the bottom of the first and crossed the plate again in the sixth to put Round Rock up 3-1.

Oklahoma City’s Matt Brown led off the top of second with a solo homer that tied the game 1-1.

Omar Beltre (0-6) gave up two runs (one earned) and was tagged with the loss for the RedHawks.

Andy Van Hekken (6-5) earned the win after allowing one run in eight innings.

The two teams conclude their series Sunday at 7:05 p.m.
