ORLANDO, Florida -- Kyle Weaver and Mustafa Shakur paced the Thunder with 21 points apiece and Oklahoma City went on to take down the hometown Orlando Magic. 80-78.
Thunder regulars James Harden and Eric Maynor had the day off, as did Serge Ibaka, who is day-to-day as he recovers from an ankle injury.
The Thunder (3-1) led 61-49 heading into the final quarter, but the Magic (0-4) stormed back. Donnell Taylor (18 points), Joe Crawford (17) and Paul Davis (15) each recorded double figures for Orlando.
Cole Aldrich, who was officially acquired by the Thunder on Thursday, did not suit up for the team. It’s unclear if he’ll play in Friday’s final game.
