COLLEGE PARK, Maryland -- Oklahoma continued its win streak at the NCAA Regional with a 1-0 win over Fordham Saturday.
Keilani Ricketts (30-8) continued her dominant run through the NCAA Tournament, turning in a complete-game five hit performance, while striking out nine. The first-year pitcher has allowed just one run in her five starts this postseason.
The Rams (48-11) got a complete game from Jen Mineau (33-8), who gave up just five hits and one earned run against the Sooners (45-10).
The only run of the game came in the top of the fourth inning. Lindsey Vandever swung on the first pitch she saw and sent it over the fence in left center field to give OU a 1-0 lead.
The Sooners will take on the winner of Syracuse-Maryland at noon Sunday.
