CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas -- Oklahoma had no trouble with Texas A&M Corpus-Christi on Saturday, as the No. 15 Sooners cruised to an 11-2 victory. OU improved to 15-1 this season and the win marked the Sooners 10th straight.
Pitcher Bobby Shore earned his third win of the year and struck out five.
The Islanders took an early 1-0 lead, but Cameron Sietzer tied the game with his solo home run in the second inning.
The Sooners scored four runs in the fourth and followed it up with two runs in the fifth and sixth innings. Oklahoma would finish the game off with single runs in the eighth and ninth innings.
OU clashes with No. 10 UCLA (11-0) in a top 15 battle at 11 a.m. Sunday.
