OKLAHOMA CITY -- The Oklahoma City Thunder assigned D.J. White to its NBA Developmental League affiliate in Tulsa, as announced by the organization Thursday.
White averaged 4.8 points and 1.9 rebounds in eight games for Oklahoma City this season. The second-year forward has not played since having surgery to repair a broken right thumb Jan. 21.
White averaged 18.3 points, 11.2 rebounds and 1.5 blocks per game in six starts for the 66ers earlier this season. He was recalled by the Thunder on Jan. 8.
Rookie Byron Mullens and second-year guard Kyle Weaver were sent to the 66ers Tuesday.
