SAN DIEGO -- The Oklahoma baseball team swept a doubleheader with San Diego State 17-5 and 9-5.
In the first game, Oklahoma did most of its damage with a nine-run sixth inning and closed it out with a five-run ninth.
Caleb Bushyhead led OU in the first game, going 3-of-4 with three RBIs, all three coming in the big sixth inning.
Danny Black did most of the work for the Sooners in the second game despite only going 1-of-3 on the day. Black accounted for four RBIs, including an RBI-triple in the sixth for the first of four runs in the inning.
OU closes out the four-game series Sunday at 1 p.m.
