Tulsa Football Agrees to Contract With Bowling Green

TULSA, Oklahoma – A University of Tulsa spokesperson confirmed Wednesday that the TU football team has agreed to a home-and-home contract with Bowling Green that will begin in 2010.

Tulsa and Bowling Green last played each other in the 2008 GMAC Bowl, and the Golden Hurricane cruised to a blowout 63-7 victory.

The home-and-home series will begin at Chapman Stadium next season. The game completes Tulsa’s non-conference schedule, which also includes contests against Central Arkansas, Oklahoma State and Notre Dame.

Dates and times for both TU-Bowling Green games have not been released.
