STILLWATER, Oklahoma -- One big hit has complicated a short week of preparation for No. 12 Oklahoma State.

With under two minutes left in a 24-17 victory against Texas Tech on Saturday night, quarterback Zac Robinson collided Jamar Wall that left both players sprawled out on the Boone Pickens Stadium turf.

Robinson had to be helped off the field, leaving his status for Thursday's game against Colorado (3-7, 2-4 Big 12) in doubt.

“When you are involved in an incident like that, they’re going to continue to test you every day,” head coach Mike Gundy said. “Up to this point, his tests went very well.”

Gundy said Sunday that he believes Robinson will be able to play this week, but the team's medical staff will continue to keep an eye on the quarterback’s health.

“We’re anticipating him being able to play this week, but again, they’ll evaluate him each day,” Gundy said.

If he can't play, Oklahoma State (8-2, 5-1) would turn to either Alex Cateor Brandon Weeden. Neither of the backups have ever started a college game.
