LOCUST GROVE, Oklahoma – The line of storms that moved through eastern Oklahoma Friday morning produced one tornado.
According to the National Weather Service in Tulsa, a small tornado touched down in Mayes County.
The EF-1 tornado, with winds between 85-95 miles per hour, touched down near Locust Grove about 9:37 a.m. Friday.
The twister damaged buildings, uprooted several fence posts, snapped large limbs and destroyed a storage shed.
There were no reports of any injuries.
