BARTLESVILLE, Oklahoma -- A Bartlesville man has waived his right to a preliminary hearing and a judge set a court date in connection with a fatal shooting in Bartlesville on December 31, 2010.

Kyle Eulitt, 24, is charged with first degree murder in the shooting death of Ronald Watts.

The shooting occurred at an apartment complex in the 800 block of East 8th Street.

The victim was pronounced dead after being taken to a Bartlesville hospital.

Eulitt, who remains in the Washington County jail, is scheduled to return to court on June 22, 2011.
