TULSA, Oklahoma -- The Oak Ridge Boys will be performing with the Cherokee Nation Youth Choir Thursday evening at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Catoosa.

The choir is scheduled to perform two songs "The Star Spangled Banner" and "Lean on Me" before the Oak Ridge Boys take the stage.

The groups will share the stage for an encore of "Elvira."

"It is a great leadership exercise when our youth get the opportunity to perform on stage with such well-known talent, especially when our youth are performing in Cherokee," said Chad Smith, Principal Chief, Cherokee Nation. "This is another opportunity for our youth choir to see the production and witness a performance of such great magnitude."

The Cherokee National Youth Choir performs traditional Cherokee songs in the Cherokee language.

The choir is made up of more than 50 Cherokee young people from northeastern Oklahoma.

The casino says limited tickets remain available for the 8 p.m. performance and start at $35.
