State Appeals Court Upholds Prison Sentence For Broken Arrow Murderer

OKLAHOMA CITY -- The Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals has affirmed the first degree murder conviction and sentence of a Broken Arrow man in the murder of his neighbor in 2008.

In the fall of 2009, a Tulsa County Court jury convicted Kevin Robinson of stabbing Brian Christianson to death with a knife.

The jury recommended Robinson get life in prison. He was sentenced a week later.

Robinson is currently serving his sentence at the Lexington Correctional Center.
