TULSA, Oklahoma -- Two people were injured in an overnight Tulsa apartment fire in the Riverpark Apartments, 7900 S. Wheeling. Four units were damaged by the flames.

Tulsa Police have made an arrest in relation to the fire. Gary Allen McNutt, 28, was booked on complaints of manufacturing methamphetamine and felony arson. The fire started in McNutt's apartment due to a meth lab, police say.

Tulsa firefighters got the call at about 6 a.m. and were able to quickly put out the fire. All the residents made it out of the apartments.

McNutt was taken to the hospital with burns to his arm, and a woman was taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation.

One dog died in the fire. Tulsa firefighters were able to save another dog and a cat from the structure fire.

The Tulsa Area Red Cross provided assistant to seven residents. They helped with food, clothing, infant supplies and storage containers.

Residents were moved to other units in the complex so no Red Cross lodging assistance was required.
