Tulsa House Fire Displaces Family Early Thursday

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Residents of a home in the 4200 block of North Frankfort in Tulsa awoke early Thursday to a fire in the home's attic.

Tulsa Fire says the fire started in the garage and then spread to the attic.

Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire quickly.

Officials say there was enough damage to the home that the family living there will have to find another place to stay.  The Red Cross is helping the family find temporary lodging.
