STILLWATER, Oklahoma -- Former State Senate President Pro Tem Mike Morgan is scheduled to be a Payne County courtroom Wednesday.

Morgan faces 63 counts including conspiracy, mail fraud extortion and bribery.

Lawyer Martin Stringer and lobbyist William Skeith were also indicted in the same scheme. All three will be arraigned Wednesday afternoon.

The indictment accuses Morgan of working as an attorney for three companies and then passing favorable legislation for them.
