MUSKOGEE, Oklahoma -- A Muskogee man is under arrest for allegedly trying to sell crack cocaine to Muskogee police officers in the back of their cruiser.
Police say Scott Allen Webb, 26, approached two officers sitting in their car who were conducting surveillance on a west Muskogee residence.
Police say Webb then got into the back of the vehicle and showed the two officers a baggie of suspected crack cocaine and a firearm.
Police say Webb was sitting on several police items including hand cuffs, binoculars and police radios.
Police then grabbed Webb's weapon as he attempted to flee, but ran into another undercover officer.
He was arrested later after a short foot pursuit.
Webb is being held at the Muskogee County Jail.
