TULSA, Oklahoma -- A man suspected of critically injuring a bicyclist in a hit-and-run turned himself into police Saturday.
Robert Fairchild, 20, was booked into the Tulsa County Jail and faces charges of leaving the scene of an injury accident.
A Tulsa police officer discovered the injured man next to his mangled bike near 15th Street and Cheyenne while on routine patrol around 2 a.m. Saturday.
