TULSA, Oklahoma -- A 25-year-old Tulsa man is in custody after a two-hour standoff with Tulsa Police late Wednesday and early Thursday.
Officers say a Corey Endthoff and woman were fighting outside a home near Pine and Birmingham Place around 10 p.m.
Police say a citizen tried to help the woman and that's when the Endthoff went into his house and got a gun. He came out shooting but no one was hurt.
Endthoff then went back inside and stayed there with a 7-month old baby.
Tulsa Police surrounded the home but Endthoff wouldn't come out. After two hours of waiting, Endthoff surrendered to police.
It was taken to the Tulsa County jail where he was booked on two complaints of shooting with intent to kill.
