Tulsa's Keller Williams Realty Announces Merger

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Two real estate companies will merge services in Tulsa next month, according to a news release by Keller Williams Realty.

Patterson Realtors will now operate under the Keller Williams Realty brand as Patterson & Associates. The 50 Patterson agents will move into the Keller Williams Realty office at 2651 E. 21st Street in Tulsa.

"We are thrilled that two of Tulsa's largest real estate companies are coming together into one," said Chuck Patterson, CEO of Patterson Realtors, adding that he believes the merger will be positive for agents and the buyers and sellers they serve.

"We are proud that Keller Williams Realty is the largest real estate company in Oklahoma," said Sherry Lewis, owner/broker of Keller Williams in Tulsa and Owasso.

"It is expected that, as a result of this merger, Keller Williams Realty will now have the highest number of real estate transactions in the Tulsa Metro area in 2011."
