Tulsa Police Make Arrest In Sunday's Deadly Shooting

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa Police arrested a suspect in the deadly shooting Sunday night.

Jerrod Huey, 32, was booked into the Tulsa County Jail under a first degree murder complaint Monday.

Police say Huey admitted to shooting and killing 33-year-old Johnny Dean who was found face down in front of a home in the 1400 block of East 52nd Street North Sunday night.

Investigators say Huey told them he had shot Dean because the victim had pulled a gun on his son in an earlier incident.

Huey faces additional charges of assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest.
