TULSA, Oklahoma -- The driver was taken into custody following a one-vehicle rollover wreck at 62nd and Sheridan early Sunday. Tulsa police say two men were leaving Fishbones bar at 61st and Sheridan at about 1:45 a.m. They made it out of the parking lot but not much further before wrecking.

The driver left the parking lot of the bar driving at a high rate of speed in a Chevy Trail Blazer when he hit the center median, drove off the right shoulder of the road then overcorrected and rolled the vehicle. The SUV came to rest on the driver's side.

Friends stopped to watch as Tulsa firefighters freed the passenger who was pinned in his seat. He was wearing his seat belt and only had a few scrapes. Police gave the passenger a ride home and took the driver into custody.

Tulsa police say alcohol may have been a factor in the wreck.
